EL Asreya For Real Estate Development looking to hire: Sales Executive.
About the Job
• Achieving sales targets.
• Works hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
• Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
• Advise clients on market conditions, price, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
• Answer client’s questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, and appraisals.
• Generate leads from different channels.
• Ability to follow up with the clients
• Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
• Negotiate the buyers and generally representing the company.
• Close the deal with the client
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience 3+ years in Real Estate is a MUST
• High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
• Good communication & presentations skills
