We are looking for a #Scrum_Master to provide Agile leadership and expertise for both front-end and back-end teams in a flat, Agile environment. The Scrum Master is expected to actively participate in creating a great culture of continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate scrum events and coach the team to conduct them effectively.
• Maintain the scrum team’s backlogs, boards, charts, and reports.
• Mentor & coach the team in scrum & and other Agile practices.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan, and continually monitor and track progress.
• Conduct detailed Requirement gathering sessions as needed.
• Measure and report to management project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer engineering.
• 2+ years of demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
